In 2022, Chxrry joined XO, The Weeknd’s label, becoming its first female signee with the EP The Other Side, followed by Siren in 2023.
Inspired by Toronto’s grey weather and endless winters, Chxrry describes her music as “moody, honest, and a little melancholic.”
She also draws from the cultural diversity of Scarborough, which fuels her authenticity and her taste for blending genres.
